It features a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 3,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

- A 50 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and loggia.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- The entrance to the property is shared with a year-round tenant.
- 3,000 m² enclosed garden planted with wild olive trees. Remote-controlled gate.
- A 10m² south- and west-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

This home is ideally located in Ventiseri, in a very pleasant environment. A grocery store, bar, butcher's shop and doctor are all within walking distance (less than 5 min), and other shops, post office, pharmacy, mini-market, dry cleaner's, bakery... are between 500 and 900 m away.
The well-known village of Solenzara, with its port and entertainment and frequent pedestrian evenings is 8 min away by car.

Activities :
- Swimming, 5 min away by car, in the Travu classified as a "Wild River" in 2019.
- The picturesque Via Ferrata in the village of Chisa is 20 minutes away, with 2 restaurants.
- Professionally supervised water hikes are also organized in Chisa.

Nearby events :
- The village of Solenzara offers a wide range of entertainment and fairground games every day in summer.
- In the village of Chisa (20min): a short film festival (early August), theater, free films during the summer and, once a month, a free ciné-club too, with a free shuttle bus to get there.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 cars).
