Ground floor:
- A 70 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2: Double bed
- 35 m² contemporary extension with elliptical trainer and spa for 6 people
- Shower room with WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 3 and 4: Double bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A contemporary 35 m² extension with an elliptical trainer and a spa for 6 people, available all year round.
