- A garden shared with the studio which is rented and located at the back of the house.

The house is ideally located in Vertou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nantes station can be reached by Busway in around 20 minutes. The Bussway is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and takes about 20 minutes to reach the center of Nantes).

- Public transport is free at weekends throughout the Nantes conurbation.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Clean linen can be delivered for longer stays, for a supplement of €15 per kit.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- For stays of more than 15 days, a cleaning service can be provided during your stay, at a cost of 120€, payable on site.
- For stays of more than 15 days, possibility of changing household linen, charged at 15€ per bed (the kit includes bed linen and 2 towels per person). Rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
