The house, nicknamed Le Cabanon, is a typically Marseillaise 67 m2 dwelling nestled in Rue Roux de Corse, in the Chartreux district. Perfect for relaxing with the family, the first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial living room, complete with bathroom and shower. An enclosed veranda opens onto the Mediterranean garden and terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sunny days. Upstairs, two bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, each with its own storage space and en-suite bathroom. The house is secured by an alarm system, and parking space for two full-size cars is available.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.



To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Nearby you'll find the Dôme de Marseille, famous for its concerts and shows, the headquarters of the Hôtel du Département and Beauregard Hospital. Thanks to its parking space, the location is ideal for cars, as Marseille's main roads are in the immediate vicinity. Downtown Marseille can be reached by car, bus or metro. Shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher's, pharmacy) are just a 10-minute walk away in the Montolivet district.
