Located in Marseille's prestigious 7th arrondissement, 500 m from the Basilica and 1.3 km from Plage des Prophètes, this villa is ideal for an unforgettable vacation. Nestled in a quiet, secure neighborhood, it features a swimming pool (10x3.5) and private parking. The house, fully equipped with quality furnishings, plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer and reversible air conditioning, offers every modern comfort. On the 1st floor, the sleeping area comprises 4 large bedrooms (1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, bath, washbasin and integrated toilet. All bedrooms have walk-in closets or fitted closets. Parking for 2 full-size cars or 3 small city cars. Local shops, including delicatessen, cheesemonger, butcher, greengrocer, cellar, pharmacy and grocery store, are within walking distance.

To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.



To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

The internet network works, but is weak in the neighborhood.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
