This beautiful villa is located in the Maremma area of Tuscany. The accommodation has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for a party with children. There is a spacious garden and a private pool with nice views to enjoy the surrounding countryside.
The villa is ideally situated as a base for day trips to the tuff towns of Pitigliano and Sorano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, natural parks, Lake Bolsena, Etruscan excavations, the coast or Monte Amiata and the Val d'Orcia. There is a fantastic golf course, 9 and 18 holes, in the golf and spa resort Saturnia, 36 km from the holiday home.
The interior of the 150-year-old restored farmhouse is very attractive and cosy, with a fantastic bathroom. In addition to the swimming pool, a summer kitchen has been created in the cave. In addition to the terrace, there is also a roof terrace. There are 3 parking spaces available at the accommodation.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Juste avant l'arrivée, nous avons eu contact avec le propriétaire au sujet de l'heure exacte d'arrivée. La dame était là à l'heure et nous a accueillis avec un mot chaleureux et amical, une explication et une visite de la maison. Pour nous permettre de passer la première nuit sans nous rendre au supermarché, il y avait des fruits dans le bol, des provisions pour préparer un repas et plusieurs boissons et beaucoup de café et d'eau froide. En ce qui nous concerne, le logement est un endroit idyllique, une maison de fée, avec de beaux meubles anciens, confortable et joliment décorée. À l'arrivée, cela sentait un peu fade au début, mais après avoir ouvert toutes les fenêtres, il s'est rapidement évanoui. Tout était propre et net. La villa est assez éloignée et entièrement équipée. Pour les restaurants, il faut conduire beaucoup, mais il y a le repos ultime.

La maison dégage une atmosphère accueillante. Il est impeccablement propre. Nous avons été très accueillants par le propriétaire a reçu. Très gentil! Prend très accommodant sur. Juste par son accueil nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise immédiatement!
