Only 7 minutes by car from downtown.
Enjoy a space for entertaining family and friends, with table soccer, darts and board games ;)You'll be staying at the entrance to the Plantières-Queuleu district, directly linked to Metz's Ancienne Ville district. A private garage and parking spaces are reserved for you.

You'll be 6 minutes by car from the TGV train station (20 minutes on foot), 5/10 minutes by car from major tourist attractions such as the Centre Pompidou, the Muse shopping mall and Les Arènes sports and activity center, and 7 minutes by car from the historic city center.
At the end of the street, there's a bus stop for easy access to the city center. For sports enthusiasts or family outings, there's also a cycle path right by the house.

The accommodation is fully private at the time of booking.

To access the house, you'll need to climb a few steps. As you pass through the front door, a bright and inviting living room welcomes you on the left, offering a space in which to relax. Continuing down the hallway, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and food processor reveals itself, creating a warm atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Note that this kitchen also offers access to the outside ;)

Returning to the entrance, near the door, descending stairs lead to a second living room designed for relaxing moments. Inside, various attractions await you, including table soccer, a selection of books, a bar, and even a piano to add a musical touch to your experience.

On the second floor, a first bedroom welcomes you with a warm atmosphere with dressing room and balcony, presenting a more family-friendly layout, serving as a master bedroom with direct access to a fully-equipped baby room, separated by a door. On the upper floor, you'll discover three bedrooms ready to be used. The first bedroom, on the left, is fitted out with a closet, a desk and boasts a more contemporary, designer aesthetic, complemented by a terrace, offering an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air.
Opposite, the second bedroom is also equipped with a desk and closet. The third bedroom has a wardrobe and balcony.

Kitchen facilities include:

- An electric vegetable grater

The home benefits from top-of-the-range services and finishes: heated ventilation, custom-made furniture, interior design and top-of-the-range bedding.

One of the house's bedrooms is equipped with a desk, offering a practical workspace for those wishing to work remotely (thanks to the fiber-optic wifi connection included in your stay).
It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, a real plus for longer stays.
Each room has its own balcony, a real plus for those who enjoy breakfast al fresco.

The first physical entry to the premises is from 4pm, and departure must be by 11am at the latest on the day of your departure.
