For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Pommeret, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
