On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart and therefore there is a lot of privacy. Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house next to the beautiful main building. It can accommodate 7 persons.
The property is on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains.
Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house 100 m from the pool. It has 2 separate bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. On arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.
The property is reached via a dirt road of about 4 km.

C'est dans un endroit isolé (chemin de terre poussiéreux) mais magnifique. Nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes dans notre appartement avec l'approvisionnement en eau chaude; les toilettes débordent en raison du mauvais assainissement, la couverture WIFI et GSM est trop limitée (surtout avec les adolescents de la famille).

Cet appartement est très bien situé dans le vert avec une belle vue. Il y a un espace privé spacieux. Il est une base agréable de voir toutes sortes de villes. la route de Düsseldorf vous pouvez le faire mieux grâce à Piobbico, suivre le SP21 et après avoir frappé Piano Gauche. De cette façon, vous avez la route la plus courte sur le chemin de terre.

Il s'agit d'un logement faisant partie d'une maison divis? en 4 appartements. Prestations correctes. Situation dans une vall? recul? et sauvage.

Nous avons de très bonnes vacances. Vous pouvez à partir de la succession d'excellentes excursions sportives et culturelles. Malheureusement l'extérieur de l'entrée de la porte de l'appartement à côté, donc nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup d'intimité.
