Magnificent 69-square-meter apartment in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.This chalet is located in Argentière at the end of the Chamonix valley, between the famous Grands Montets and Tour slopes. It's ideal for a tourist or sports holiday, with its mix of skiing, mountains, walking and golf. It's 69 square meters in size and can accommodate up to 5 people, with a lovely, unobstructed view.
You'll be able to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

Accommodation
This comfortable chalet includes :
- a ground-floor bedroom with a bunk bed ;
- a second ground-floor bedroom with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room;
- A living room: lounge/dining room opening onto the terrace

You'll particularly appreciate the peaceful terrace.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Ski room, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Coffeemaker, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

The single bed on the mezzanine is recommended for teenagers.
Street parking available.

The accommodation is well laid out. It is located :
- in a quiet area ;
- 200 m from the Le Moulin bus stop for the slopes and town centers.
- 5 minutes by car from the Grands Montets ski area.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each passenger.

Location
Chamonix is a famous ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.

- The bus, 200m away, serves the valley and all slopes. (Le Moulin stop).
- Montroc train station: 7-minute walk, serving the whole valley on one side and leading to Switzerland on the other.
- Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station: 20 minutes by car.
- Geneva international airport: 1 hour and 25 minutes by car.
