Cocoonr Agency offers you this small 75m² house in the village of Grand-Champ which can accommodate up to 2 people.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) and lounge area. Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Le Stevan is ideal for romantic getaways, as it's an inviting place to relax. All you have to do is plan your escapades to discover our beautiful region!

The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180x190).
- Bathroom with shower and separate washbasin
- Separate WC on 1st floor

An ironing board and iron are also available.

As always with Cocoonr, your apartment is ready to live in: cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
