- 12 m² south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, two deckchairs and a parasol.
- Garden area of approx. 72 m².
- Heated indoor swimming pool, shared by 4 apartments, open from April to the end of October, lockable. The pool is 25 m² and the room is surrounded by a 61 m² wooden terrace.

Please note that the house is located on a shared plot with the four gîtes Saint Jacques, Ormeaux, Patelle and Etoile de mer, all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The gîtes are ideally located in Erquy. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, Market in Erquy from 9am to 1pm every Saturday.

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Pets are not allowed in the accomodation
- All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual.
