AOD - Coquette maison à 250m de la plage Damgan

Description

AOD, is a pleasant single storey house close to the beach (2min walk). The house consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher...) with in the extension the garden with its terrace. You also have a shower room with Italian shower and toilet and two bedrooms. AOD is the ideal house to recharge your batteries and share beautiful moments with friends or family. We look forward to welcoming you.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 25 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed in one and 2 bunk beds in the other (1 single and 1 140 bed)
- A shower room with Italian shower and individual basin and WC
- A small garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit with oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products... Household linen of 4* quality will be provided and the beds will be made at your arrival.

The house is ideally located in Damgan near the beach and shops in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house
- Nearest train station : Vannes SNCF 35 min
- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique 1H45
