For the sleeping area you will find 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house, and two bedrooms in the part next to the swimming pool. These two rooms are equipped with an air cooler. For amenities, you have 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs for the rooms next to the pool. In the main house, you will also find 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. As for the exteriors, in addition to the beautiful wooded garden, you will have access to 2 terraces, the first adjoining the living room allowing you to enjoy a dining area and garden furniture. The 2nd terrace is located by the swimming pool and has the same equipment. The swimming pool is continuously heated from April to October. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with wifi, a ping-pong table, table football and a recently fitted out pétanque court facing the vineyards.
