- Five bedrooms with 1 ground floor bedroom with 140 bed, 2 single beds and 3 double beds (140,200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate toilets

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, table and iron.

Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of 500 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Damgan, in a very pleasant you are at the foot of the beach ! You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house.
