The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
Several sites to visit: coastal path, Saint Maurice abbey, departure for the island of Groix from Doelan, the Quinquis animal park, the Lorient submarine base, Éric Tabarly's cité de la voile, the Port Louis citadel...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Lorient station is about 30 minutes' drive away and Quimper station is about 46 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport, about 1h30mn by car
