This spacious and comfortable villa is fully equipped for a wonderful stay in the sunny south of France, close to the historic village of Roquebrun.

There are a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything is well distributed over two floors for optimal comfort.

The beautiful private pool can be heated (on request) and the spacious wooden terrace around it offers plenty of peace and privacy
Cazedarnes is a typical small French village in the surroundings of the big city of Beziers where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and characteristics of the village.

Fancy a day at the beach? Valras-Plage is less than a 45-minute drive from the house and highly recommended!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
