ROSE Vacances offers you this house in the heart of the Port Bourgenay golf course, in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from the beach.

This semi-detached holiday home is close to everything: golf course, tennis court, communal heated swimming pool (free access from 1 June to 15 September thanks to the wristbands provided in the accommodation), shops. It's the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends!

The two-storey house has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room: microwave, kettle, pod coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, fridge, dishwasher.
The living room has a table and 5 chairs, as well as two sofa beds (one double and one single).
On the other side, you have access to the terrace with garden furniture, which faces the communal heated swimming pool.

Separate WC.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (140cm), chest of drawers and bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail.

One parking space is reserved for you in the outside car park.
Launderette and shops in the nearby holiday village.
