In Pléneuf-Val-André, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer this charming 120 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 31 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A 31m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area to enjoy a good meal.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and adjoining WC with vanity unit and washing machine

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2 - 3 - 4: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and adjoining WC with vanity unit

Exterior:
- A beautiful 200 m² west-facing enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the house's garden (4 vehicles).
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station (15 km)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (45 km)

Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
- Wifi not available. Possibility of renting a 4G key for €6/day.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of 15 euros.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
