It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room with a 7.50 m bay window, giving the impression of being constantly outdoors, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.

- A private swimming pool (11x2.5m) open all year round, heated from May 15 to September 15, with a sea view.
- A 60 m² terrace with an exceptional 180-degree sea view, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Monticello, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Nearest airport: Calvi airport 25.9 km (approx. 33 minutes by car)

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
