Feel free to use the portable sun chairs and sun umbrellas for a visit to one of the many nearby beaches, El Mojón 2,3 km, Derribada 3,0 km, Higuericas 2,8 km, Villananitos (Mar Menor) 3,5 km.

Leading from the lounge via large patio doors is the terrace and private swimming pool.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

From the main bedroom is a balcony with access via stairs to the large sunny rooftop solarium providing magnificent views of the surrounding area. Ideal for sunbathing.

Parking can be directly outside on the street or within the plot in the diveway.
