For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- 300 m² enclosed garden with 30 m² terrace, electric awning and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Assérac, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as a bakery, restaurant, chemist, tobacconist, hairdresser, grocery store, medical centre, etc.
