Ideally located just a stone's throw from Labenne train station, you'll be able to get around on foot and enjoy the town at your leisure. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll have easy access to local cafés, shops and restaurants. A 40-minute stroll will take you to the Marais d'Orx National Nature Reserve, Aquatic Landes, the largest water park on the South Aquitaine coast, Labenne Zoo, and Parc Robinson, a tree-climbing park. And if you take the bike path on Avenue de l'Océan at the foot of the property, you'll reach Labenne's famous central beach (10 minutes by bike), where you can take advantage of all the activities on offer. And if you feel like it, Bayonne is only 20 minutes away by car, and Biarritz 30 minutes.
