In the heart of the Marais d'Orx nature reserve, close to the attractions of the Basque and Landes coasts, you'll be able to take full advantage of the relaxed atmosphere of the South-West!

Immersed in the heart of nature, this magnificent, light-filled, single-storey 170 m² wooden house includes :
- a superb garden with unheated swimming pool (open from May 1 to October 1, weather permitting), large 80 m² shaded terrace,
- a vast cathedral lounge with large skylights,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds and a child's bed (140 cm long),
- two bathrooms with showers,
- well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),

Neighborhood

Located between the Pays Basque and the Pays Landais, you'll be in the best place to take full advantage of the activities on the coast, while remaining right in the heart of nature. Stroll through the marshes of the nature reserve, watch migratory birds fly by, or drive 15 minutes to the beach. Bayonne, Biarritz and Hossegor are also just a few minutes away.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.
