Situated between the ocean and the lake, this beautiful house is ideal for a relaxing stay in the Landes region. It offers a unique experience with its two terraces, one covered, ideal for al fresco dining, and the other for relaxing in the sun.

This 90 m² single-storey house includes :
- a large 250m² garden with two terraces, one of which is covered, and a barbecue,
- a cosy living area with lounge and dining area,
- a well-equipped semi-open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two charming bedrooms, each with a double bed,
- a third bedroom with a double bed and two single bunk beds,

- Private parking in front of the house. It is strictly forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, under penalty of a deposit being taken.

The double bedroom with shower is independent and accessible from the outside, on the terrace side.

You'll also only need a 40-minute drive to discover the Basque country. Last but not least, there are numerous bars and restaurants in the vicinity of your rental: we particularly recommend Le restaurant Coolin Hossegor, just 500 m from your accommodation.
