Warm and well-appointed, it has everything you need for day-to-day living in a family home.
It comprises :
- three bedrooms with two double beds, two single beds and a cot;
- two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a dining room ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day's walking.

The bedrooms are located on the courtyard side, so you can relax in peace and quiet.

The following facilities are at your disposal: fridge, wifi, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and Nespresso, barbecue, microwave, oven, iron, parking, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the house's assets is its location. It is located :
- right next to a pizzeria ;
- 100m from shops (bakery, mini-market, pizzeria, restaurants, etc.);
- close to cycle paths for walks along the bay;
- 20 minutes by car from Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo and Cancale ;
- and 10 minutes by car from Dol-de-Bretagne.

The town of Vivier-sur-Mer is a tourist destination, a vacation spot for those who love wide-open spaces, iodized sea air, fishing on foot (grey or pink shrimp, cockles, lavagnons and clams), as well as guided tours on foot or aboard the Mytilimobile organized by the Maison de la Baie located on the port of Vivier-Cherrueix.

You'll also have the chance to visit :
- Cancale, a charming little fishing port, famous for its oysters, seafood restaurants and wild coastline with breathtaking beaches.
