The villa in Son Bou has 4 bedrooms with the capacity for 8 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and a double bedroom and shower room with a separate entrance at pool level.
The villa is homely, with glorious sea views, and located approximately 200 m from the beach.
It is approximately 500 m from the supermarket, 500 m from the Son Bou centre with bars, restaurants and shops. It is about 500 m from the bus station, 5 km from Alaior village, 15 km from the airport and 20 km from Son Parc golf course.
The accommodation has 30 m gated terrace, and is fully equipped with garden furniture, washing machine (located in downstairs shower room), iron and hair dryer. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, and a Smart TV. WIFI is provided.
