The fully equipped kitchen with various appliances such as a Nespresso Pro coffee machine offers access to the jacuzzi through an external door. Ascending to the second floor, you will discover three sumptuous bedrooms, each exuding comfort and elegance, as well as a bathroom and access to the covered terrace with picturesque views of the pool and park. The second floor houses three further inviting bedrooms and a shower room. An adjoining outbuilding houses a games room and a fitness room. Step outside and step onto two covered terraces, one with a hot tub and the other with a charcoal barbecue and gas griddle, ideal for cozy gatherings. A private heated pool measuring 12 x 6 m invites you to relax surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
