The ground floor includes an east-west oriented garden, accessed through two bay windows, as well as a well-appointed kitchen. The ground floor also accommodates one bedroom and a shower room. Ascend to the upper level to find the remaining bedrooms.

The outdoor area offers a vast fenced lawn and two terraces. Guests can also enjoy recreational facilities such as a pétanque ground and a basketball hoop.

Please note that an additional single bed can be provided upon request in the children's room. The vicinity includes a small primary school, lending a cheerful ambiance during school terms. Additionally, pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owners, ensuring a family-friendly and accommodating stay.
