The outdoor area is also complemented by parking for two cars, garden furniture, a barbecue and comfortable sun loungers. This house offers an ideal setting for a lakeside vacation, about 500 m from the village center of Talloires with all the local stores: bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, tobacconist, press, doctor. The cycle path around the lake runs behind the house. Due to its location on the lake, parents are advised to ensure that their young children are well supervised.
