The villa in Mouriès was renovated in 2021 and has various amenities such as table tennis, table football and a bowling alley for a pleasant stay with family or friends. The large villa has an open-plan living room/kitchen, furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a pouf, a TV with Netflix CanalSat and an integrated Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a centre island with high chairs. The air-conditioned bedrooms share a shower room. The outdoor area has a pool house with summer kitchen and connected speaker for outdoor ambience. There is also a gas barbecue and plancha. The villa is conveniently located in the village of Mouriès, close to the arena and within walking distance of the village centre and all shops.
