For a quiet vacation, we offer you a magnificent double family villa for 12 people, nestled in the heights of a gated, secure estate with a magnificent view over the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel, offering you a peaceful vacation in complete privacy, yet close to the major towns of the Côte d'Azur.

Our spacious 280 square meter villa is perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate your stay with family or friends. It is divided into two separate houses, each with its own entrance, offering both privacy and conviviality for all guests.
With a total of 6 bedrooms, including 3 with double beds, 3 with single beds, and 2 convertible sofa beds, this configuration ensures comfortable sleeping for everyone. The 4 available bathrooms also guarantee easy access and comfort for all occupants.
Each home is equipped with a welcoming living room, a functional kitchen for preparing meals, and several terraces offering different orientations.

Discover the charm of our 6,000 m² garden, a spacious green space where tranquility reigns. This garden, with its several terraces, is the ideal setting for enjoying the great outdoors, whether for a moment of relaxation or for sharing meals with family and friends.
In the heart of this verdant setting, you'll find a saltwater swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Next door, a summer kitchen with barbecue awaits you to prepare tasty grilled meats, promising great moments of conviviality.
The various terraces let you choose your favorite spot at any time of day. In particular, a terrace by the pool offers a lovely view of the Bay of Cannes, ideal for admiring the fireworks in summer. The absence of vis-à-vis ensures your privacy, leaving you alone with the natural beauty of l'Estérel and an unobstructed view of the surrounding area.

This outdoor space is designed to offer simplicity and comfort, allowing everyone to find their own little corner of paradise to relax and enjoy the moment.
Whether indoors or outdoors, you'll enjoy the luxury of a fully-equipped gym on the ground floor of the house, and a fully-renovated pétanque, badminton and volleyball court in the garden.
There's also a shared tennis court.

The villa is located on the heights of Mandelieu -La-Napoule, 12 minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu, 30 minutes from the center of Cannes, 25 minutes from Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël, 5 minutes from the freeway and 40 minutes from Nice airport.

PASSENGER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, you will be able to check in online via a link we will send you once your reservation has been confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet which will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You'll find all the information you need on arrival procedures, how the accommodation works, useful addresses and much more.

DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform you choose to use to reserve our accommodation.
