Villa La Bonne Etoile is the ideal property for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in inspiring, tranquil surroundings.
Set in the spectacular Esterel hills, just 30 minutes' drive from Nice airport. A tranquil oasis, away from the crowds, but close enough to some of the best beaches on the Côte d'AzurVilla La Bonne Etoile is located in Les Adrets de L'Esterel; a 20-minute drive from the beaches, 30 minutes from Cannes, Nice, Fréjus and Saint Raphaël.

KITCHEN :
The kitchen is fully equipped with new modern appliances and utensils with everything you might need to prepare meals at home, including:
- Nespresso & Krups filter coffee machines
- Large refrigerator/freezer
- Oven, induction hob, microwave oven
- All glasses, cutlery, crockery, cups, ice bucket, etc. that guests may need.
- There's also a Gas Weber outdoor barbecue - with all the necessary utensils.

DINING ROOM:
There are 2 x dining tables, one inside and one outside. Both are extendable and can seat up to 12 people.

LOUNGE/CHAIRS:
There's an indoor lounge with an INTELLIGENT TV.
Wifi - works in the house, however, does not reach the pool area.
Outdoor seating on the upper terrace with umbrella and a second pool-side seating area.

SWIMMING POOL:
A large private pool (11m x 6m), with 10 x sun loungers and parasols.
There is a child safety fence around the pool.
The pool is equipped with an alarm for added safety in the presence of children.

BEDROOM 1:
The only bedroom on the 2nd floor (top floor).
King-size bed (160 x 200).
En-suite bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.
Large private balcony overlooking the pool and hills beyond.

BEDROOM 2 :
King-size beds (160x200).
En-suite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Private balcony overlooking the pool.
Laundry connection with washing machine and private entrance.

BEDROOM WITH 3 BEDS :
King-size bed (160x200) which can be divided into 2 single beds (80x200) on request (additional laundry charges may apply).
This room faces the rear of the property and has no view.
* Bathroom shared with bedroom 4 - shower and washbasin only.
*There is an additional bathroom in the hallway.

BEDROOM 4:
King-size beds (160x200).
Views of the pool and mountains.
* Shared bathroom with bedroom 3 - shower and washbasin only.
*There is an additional bathroom in the hallway.

PRIVATE STUDIO APARTMENT:
Bedroom 5 & 6 - Downstairs (pool level) with its own entrance.

BEDROOM WITH 5 BEDS:
King-size bed (160 x 200), divisible into 2 single beds (80 x 200) on request (additional laundry charges).
Air-conditioning unit.
* Bathroom shared with room 6 - shower, toilet and washbasin.
*This room has no outside window or view.

BEDROOM 6 :
King size bed (160x200).
Air-conditioning.
* Bathroom shared with room 5 - shower, toilet and washbasin.

You'll also find a desk with a chair and lamp for working remotely. The Wi-Fi router also provides Internet access for travelers in the studio if required.

PLAY AREA:
There's a play area for small children with a slide and swing.
There's also a Wendy house in the garden with children's toys.
We also have board games for the whole family.

PARKING:
There is secure parking on the property for up to 5 vehicles.

TRAVELER ACCESS:
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Linen is provided and included in the cleaning fee (bed linen, towels, tea towels and pool towel).
An additional payment may be required for tourist tax, depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE :
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be online via a link that we will send you once the reservation has been confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet which will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You'll find all the information you need on arrival procedures, how to use the accommodation, useful addresses and much more.

DEPOSIT :
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
