Welcome to Peymeinade!

Nestled in the heights of the town, this fully renovated villa offers an exceptional living environment in a residential area with breathtaking views of the Tanneron hills and the Bay of Cannes. Set in a vast 4500 m2 plot, this property boasts a lush vegetable garden and private swimming pool.This 120 m2 single-storey house features a fully equipped kitchen, including hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The air-conditioned living and dining room is furnished with a large table for six, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a TV.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with a spacious 160 x 200 cm bed. As far as air conditioning is concerned, it's important to note that the two bedrooms on the north side don't have this option. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and elegant double vanity unit.

Outside, a 10 x 4-meter swimming pool is secured by an alarm and maintained with the utmost care all year round, allowing you to cool off while admiring the view. A first south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast while gazing out over the Tanneron hills. A second, fully sheltered terrace is ideal for aperitifs and meals sheltered from the sun and heat.

What's more, your pets are welcome to share your vacation experience in this peaceful setting.

The house is just 3 km from Peymeinade town center, where you'll find all the shops, supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies you need. Grasse is 5 km away, Lac de Saint Cassien 10 km, Cannes 15 km, and Nice airport 40 km.

Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.

TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

To facilitate your arrival, you can check in online via a link we'll send you once your reservation has been confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet, which will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform you choose to use to reserve our accommodation.
