It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)

First floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful garden and a 50 m² terrace (not enclosed) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Figari, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Several walks
- The beaches of Figari and Chevano are around 15 minutes away by car.
- The beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia are around 35 minutes away by car
- Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio are around 25 minutes away by car.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
