This beautiful, prestigious pre-1900 residence, which we have named ‘La Villa Authentique’, is located in a very quiet, unoverlooked setting, thanks to a pleasant, large garden with trees covering more than 1000 m².
The ground floor comprises a large 55 m² living room with a fireplace and wood burner, a fitted and equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances, a dining room adjoining the kitchen, an office with fibre broadband connection, a toilet and a large hall with direct access to a 60 m² terrace and the garden.
A year-round jacuzzi with a 4-seater spa is also available, along with a walk-in shower, subdued lighting and a connected TV for maximum relaxation.
On the first floor, a large central landing leads to 4 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 cars with access control, as well as a covered one-car garage with direct access to the villa.

- Nearest train station: Bourbourg station, about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Lille airport, about 1 hour's drive - free bus service
