Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 150 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in Cricqueville-en-Bessin, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 37 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 37 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood on request)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190), en-suite shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis table.

Exterior:
- A private swimming pool, heated from May to September/October depending on the weather, with protective cover and measuring 6.50 x 3.20 x 1.50 m.
- A beautiful south/west-facing garden of 1,000 m² + terrace adjoining the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the commune of Pointe du Hoc, near the beaches and D-Day landing sites, in a very pleasant and gastronomic environment, close to Isigny sur mer. On the route of the Vélomaritime-Eurovélo 4, it is comfortable and functional for a historic and relaxing stopover gîte. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as markets, local producers, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and water sports activities...

- In spring: the book fair in early May, the Grand Carnaval in Grandcamp-Maisy and the hiking festival in Montfiquet.
- In June: the DDAY commemorations and festivities: events to celebrate 06 June 1944.
- Summer: July: festyplage at Grandcamp. 15 August: fête de la mer at Grandcamp: a wonderful celebration of sailors and the marinière.
- Rétro bessin in July: large gathering of vintage vehicles at Tour en Bessin.
- Autumn: Apple festival in Trévières. In November: scallop festival, Heritage Days and Taste Week.
- In winter: Christmas and New Year's Day at Eric and Julie's house in Les Petites Landes!

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden courtyard, which can accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles and has a specific electric car socket.

- Nearest train station: Bayeux 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Carpiquet 55 km away
- No public transport nearby

- The fireplace is functional, first flambé free and wood on request for a fixed price of €25.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for €50 per stay.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
