Villa Sa Sinia, Villa 12 persons in Petra

Villa Sa Sinia is a fantastic villa with private swimming pool for up to 12 people located on a privileged rural setting close to Petra in mallorca. The Villa has air conditioning and heating (by air conducts) throughout.

On the outside, manicured gardens and an ample and sunny terrace that is completed with a sheltered build-in barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a gorgeous swimming pool. Lovely hammocks and sun umbrellas suround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has joined and secure kids area, wich is very shallow, perfect for young children.

The house is a traditional Mallorcan build. It has been decorated with great detail in the Mallorcan traditional style. Inside a nice hall welcomes you and takes you into the main living area, with confortable sofas and some armchairs surrounding the fireplace. A separate dinning area gives you access to the kitchen, that is completelly equiped with modern apliances.On the ground floor there is 2 double bedrooms qith ensuite bathrooms. Beautifully hand crafted wood railings on the stairs. Upstairs, 4 ample double bedrooms all with buid in wardrobes and 4 full bathrooms, all en-suite. There is also a cortesy toilet.

Baby cot and high chair are available free of cost upon request.
