In summer, after a day of hiking in the mountains, you can relax and admire the sunset and the view. Located equidistant from Morzine and Montriond, you can walk to everything from the chalet, as the footbridge to the Super Morzine gondola is only a 15-minute walk away.

An entrance serving 3 zones:
Zone 1 : living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the terrace and garden, on a half-level; TV lounge area with wood-burning stove; 1/2 level above, a hallway leading to a sleeping area comprising the master bedroom with double bed (160×200) and walk-in closet, ensuite bath, balcony, a twin bedroom with 2 beds (90×190) and walk-in closet, separate toilet, shower room, 1/2 level above, a children's bedroom/playroom with TV and refuge area suitable only for children with two single beds (90×190).
Zone 2: 1/2 level above the entrance, a double bedroom (160×200) en suite with shower room and toilet, separate toilet.
Zone 3: 1/2 level below the garden-level entrance, a games room with sofa and TV, a double bedroom (160×200) with en suite closets, shower room and wc. 1/2 level below, a laundry room, a ski/room with access to the outside.
