A 3-star chalet just a stone's throw from the magnificent Lac de Montriond, a veritable white paradise in winter and a haven of greenery in summer.
Just a few minutes' drive from the Ardent gondola, which connects to the Avoriaz ski area via the Lindarets plateau, this chalet is ideal for a family or friends getaway in the peace and quiet of nature (without being isolated, supermarket and bakery about 5 minutes' drive away).

Shuttle buses to the lake and slopes are less than 10 meters from the chalet.

Level -1: Living room with open-plan kitchen, wood-burning stove, toilet, access to terrace/garden,
Level 0: Uncovered parking for 2 cars, main entrance to chalet, garage, wc, 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony access) each with shower and washbasin, one with 2 twin beds (90×190), and two with 140×200 double beds.
Level 1: One large attic bedroom en suite (bathroom with corner bath, wc and washbasin) with 4 single beds (90×190)

The chalet sleeps a maximum of 8.
