- If guests arrive outside the scheduled check-in period (later than 6 p.m.), they must pay a 50 euro surcharge in cash on arrival.
- Upon arrival and departure the meter reading will be taken together and electricity consumption will be settled upon departure (all months except June, July, August, September).

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
