Villa El Palmeral is a fantastic villa with private swimming pool with touristic license for up to 12 adults. It is located on a privileged rural setting close to Petra in mallorca. The Villa has air conditioning and heating (by air conducts) throughout.
On the outside, manicured gardens and an ample and sunny terrace that is completed with a sheltered build-in barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a gorgeous swimming pool. Lovely hammocks and sun umbrellas suround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has joined and secure kids area, wich is very shallow, perfect for young children.
The house is a traditional Mallorcan build. It has been decorated with great detail in the Mallorcan traditional style.
Inside a nice hall welcomes you and takes you into the main living area, with confortable sofas and some armchairs. A separate dinning area gives you access to the kitchen, that is completelly equiped with modern apliances.
On the ground floor there is 2 double bedrooms both of them with ensuite bathrooms. Each of this 2 bedrooms have an extra bedroom attached, perfect for children. These units are ideal for families with young children or for those travelling with nannies.
Beautifully hand crafted wood railings on the stairs. Upstairs, where you can find 4 ample double bedrooms, all with buid in wardrobes and 4 full bathrooms, all en-suite. There is also a cortesy toilet.The property has free access to a tennis court, wich is located within walking distance, only 5 minutes away by foot. This tennis court is shared with a few other properties in the area so you must reserve a time slot to ensure your playtime. In the surrounding fields, there is also an eclosed with donkyes, wish are very friendly and will enjoy a family visit to be pet.
Baby cot and high chair are available free of cost upon request.
