Accommodation: This superb, recently-built 4-bedroom house, 300 m from the beach and town center, sleeps 8: 6 adults and or 2 children (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers), very comfortable (fully-equipped kitchen, 4 shower and bath rooms, 2 separate toilets...).
Located on the ground floor and 1st floor of a secure house, it sleeps 5 in 3 double bedrooms (2 160cm beds and 1 140cm bed) and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds for children or young teenagers, for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. A terrace overlooking the house's swimming pool is available for you to enjoy during your stay. You can explore the area on foot.

Main room:
The living room with its large picture windows opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and an elevated swimming pool.

Kitchen: open onto the main room, fully equipped (4 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine*Senseo* pod coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a table for 10/12 people to accommodate your meals and guests. Enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène different from rouille sétoise... and meat: côte de taureau and gardiane camarguaise! Take the time to discover the various vineyards, whose specialty is organic vin des sables. La Grande Motte golf course 20 minutes away.

Separate living room: 1 sofa, flat-screen TV, fan.

Sleeping accommodation: upstairs

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (160cm), and one double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm) for children or teenagers, with square pillows (65x65cm), comforter, bed linen and towels (20 euros for 2 people).

Neighborhood
Location: Ideally situated just a stone's throw from the beach, shops, restaurants and the lively town center (Quartier de la Mairie). This Villa is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea from the promenade along the beach, and follow the flight of the pink flamingos over the Camargue waterways.
