Situation
Located on Caribbean coast, the Anses d'Arlet town is famous for its calm and authenticity. This villa proposed by Antilles Exception is in the middle of greenery and about 400m from the small fishing town of Petite Anse. The pebble beach is about 400m and the sandy one about 1.5km away.

At the level garden, you enter by a large completely opened dining-room on flowery garden. Includes a large glass table, a pretty wooden bar and a fully equipped kitchen. You will appreciate the sound of 2 flowered fountains which inviting you to serenity.
By a small covered patio, you reach a large living room where you will enjoyes the charm of typically wooden Caribbean furniture.
From the living room you can access a small air-conditioned room, furnished with a double bed with mosquito net and exclusive bathroom.
The floor includes:
- A large air-conditioned room of 25m², with exclusive bathroom, furnished with a queen size bed with mosquito net(160cm wide) with mosquito net and beautiful exotic wood desk. From the small balcony enjoy the sea view and the little pond of the garden,
- A large terrace organized in 2 distinct spaces of 70m ² in all : A sunny space with griddle, sink, and 2 baths of suns; A shaded area with table and chairs very much suitable for aperitif and meals.
The villa hosts a small pool where you will enjoy refreshing yourself.
