- a huge living room divided into three areas: a dining room, a bar area and a lounge area
- on the first floor: a second small lounge, opposite the terrace, offers a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's walking.

The kitchen has a long work surface. It is fully equipped with a hood, fridge/freezer and basic utensils.
Chairs are available, as well as a microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery and kitchen utensils, glasses, bowls, corkscrew, etc.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Barbecue, Iron, ...

BASIC NECESSITIES

Location
At the crossroads of roads and civilizations, Lormont is rich in the diversity of its inhabitants. Situated on the banks of the Garonne, opposite Bordeaux, at the crossroads of Paris, Toulouse, Spain and the Atlantic Ocean, Lormont has always been a city of encounters and sharing.
Lormont owes its name to its hillsides, once forested with laurel trees, "Mons Laureus: Mont des Lauriers".
Situated on the right bank of the Garonne, 6 kilometers downstream from Bordeaux, the town has a rich and ancient history, the traces of which are still visible today. Privileged by its geographical location, Lormont was first a defensive site, then a port, and later a place of residence and vacation resort.
Today, Lormont is a town of some 22,000 inhabitants, accessible by tramway and open to the river, which draws on its traditions for the strength of its modernity. With its sights firmly set on the future, Lormont has established an image of modernity, proximity and solidarity. This is reflected in the construction of high-performance facilities such as the Maison des Sports des Iris, which hosts French championships, and the media library adjoining a 1,000-seat mixed sports/cultural hall. All served by the tramway, the city's backbone, which puts it less than 25 minutes from Bordeaux. The Batcub, a real maritime public transport system, with its quay just 100 m from the house, will take you to Bordeaux in just a few minutes.
