The holiday home is ideal for families who want to spend their holiday together and at the same time value privacy: The building is divided into four apartments that are not connected to each other. The largest apartment is on the first floor and has an equipped panoramic terrace; the apartments on the ground floor have an outdoor area. In the beautiful panoramic garden you will find a lovely swimming pool with bathroom, large gazebo and barbecue for cosy outdoor dining. The holiday home is surrounded by the vineyard of the owner's winery, which produces a good Tuscan wine. The convenient location on the border between Umbria and Tuscany offers the opportunity to visit the many art cities in the region and to take part in numerous food and wine festivals in the neighbouring villages in summer. Covered car park for three cars, fly screens on all windows, vegetable garden with organic produce for guests, possibility to buy the farm's own olive oil and wine. The owner occasionally lives in the neighbouring, completely independent villa at the rear. Distances: Vaiano 6 km; Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno 7 km; Montepulciano 8 km; Pienza 27 km.
