This beautiful detached villa with a large garden is located in Gemmano near Rimini and Riccione. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside but are only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. There is a beautiful garden with plenty of shade and a terrace with a large dining table, accessible from the kitchen, where you can eat together outdoors. At the back of the villa, there is a beautiful, well-maintained lawn with a wonderful view of the valley, the Adriatic coast, and the sea. There is also a hot tub and a private (heated) pool with sunbeds. This house is ideal for a vacation with family.
The beautiful green hilly landscape offers many excursion possibilities to the many beautiful medieval villages in the immediate vicinity, such as Montefiore Conca, Saludecio, and Mondaino. The beach is also within easy reach.
The spacious villa has nice big bedrooms with large windows that let a lot of light into the rooms. The villa is equipped with all amenities, such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.
Please note that the current subscription to the internet is 30 Mbps Download and 3 Mbps Upload. Additionally, the heating of the is not normally standard supplied in July and August unless specifically requested.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!

La description de la maison correspondait à la réalité. La maison est très calme et est équipée des derniers équipements. Malheureusement, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement et devait être redémarré tout le temps. La promesse qu'un plombier qui était là une fois reviendrait n'a pas été tenue. Il était recommandé d'utiliser la climatisation pour le chauffage. Cela n'a pas été possible car lorsque deux appareils étaient allumés, le fusible de toute la maison tombait presque régulièrement en panne et devait être rallumé au niveau de la boîte à fusibles à l'extérieur de la maison.
